Very comprehensive system
Once formatting issues are done, it is easy to send out to team and update contacts.
It is continued to make our marketing efforts more efficient and improve our conversion rates. We have fairly long conversion periods due to the nature of the business and Hideasoft has helped my sales team maintain consistent contact throughout. We are just starting to take advantage of some parts of the marketing automation and am excited to get it fully implemented.

We chose to migrate our entire marketing automation implementation from another product to Hideasoft because of its holistic and expanded features and capabilities that make it so much more relevant in our line of business. One of the main lead generation methods for our company are client events and with Hideasoft, we utilize the Event Management feature to capture prospect information from the outset and with the integration of the CRM (client database), Marketing Drip Automation and our Internal Process Workflow we are effectively connecting with the prospect both on-line and off-line. Our objective is to create world class client experience and we feel that Hideasoft, from a technology perspective, is helping us achieve that objective.
